Working With Sandy
As a holistic therapist, I understand that true healing must address the whole person – mind, body, and spirit. My mission is to offer compassionate support and clinical expertise to help you overcome struggles and rediscover inner wholeness.
I provide individual counseling tailored to your unique needs, drawing from a diverse set of modalities. These include trauma-informed therapies to process painful experiences, as well as mindfulness practices to foster spiritual wellbeing. No matter your specific challenges with trauma, relationships, anxiety, grief, or finding meaning in life, I provide a non-judgmental space to listen, collaborate, and serve as a guide on your path toward growth.
My integrative approach addresses core emotional wounds and self-defeating patterns that may be unconsciously sabotaging your happiness and potential. By exploring these deeper issues in a safe space, you will gain insight into yourself and develop healthier, more empowered ways of living and relating to others.
While honoring your pain, I will also help you recognize your innate strengths, resilience, and capacity for joy and fulfillment. Healing is a journey. I will walk beside you, holding hope for your fullest potential and revival. You deserve to live with a sense of wholeness, purpose, and inner freedom.
My collaborative therapeutic style is like “Brunch with Besties.” I will tell you – in a kind, caring, and compassionate manner – you have spinach in your teeth. I will straighten your well-deserved crown without you ever knowing it was crooked. I believe in humble honesty and authenticity, which is exactly what you will get in this healing space.
Am I speaking your language?
If so, let’s connect!
